Ryan was born in Dubuque and grew up in Des Moines. He has had a heart for Christ and the Church for as long as he can remember. After spending some time working in the IT world, Ryan attended Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis where he received his M.Div. He has served in churches all over Iowa. Ryan is married to Carli and has four wonderful children. He loves delicious international foods, spending time outdoors, and listening to people’s stories.
